Exchange & Refund Policy
At Moda Muse, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision, elegance, and your satisfaction in mind. While we do not offer refunds in most cases, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy – 7-Day Window
We offer exchange only within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are accepted for size or style adjustments, subject to availability.

A product opening video is mandatory for any exchange request. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of receipt.
Please note that custom-made outfits, accessories, and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances — specifically, if Moda Muse fails to deliver the agreed outfit or product as per the confirmed order specifications.

In such rare cases, the issue must be reported promptly, accompanied by the required opening video.

Refunds are not applicable for personal preferences, minor color variations, or improper care of the item.
Shipping for Exchanges
If an item is eligible for exchange:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Moda Muse will handle the delivery of the exchanged item once the returned item is received and inspected.
